Hello and welcome. My name is Aaron Yukich and I'm a nature and landscape photographer based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Nature is my happy place. It's where I feel most connected, to life and to myself. It is a source of creativity, inspiration and a great teacher in the course of life. Underlying it all there is what I call 'stillness', a quality to natural spaces that moves me somewhere deep inside. I believe time spent in nature is deeply nurturing and that we can all tune in to the experience in our own unique way. While hard for me to describe in words, photography is my way of cultivating my relationship with nature and an opportunity to share some of this experience with the world.
